Apex Health: Recovery Coach 2.1: from numbers to a plan

2.0 made the numbers trustworthy; 2.1 makes them tell you what to do. A new Today's Plan reads every coach in the app at once and gives you the three or four things worth doing today. Underneath it: a rolling sleep-debt ledger with circadian regularity, an early-warning check across five vitals, per-dose alcohol and caffeine effects measured from your own logs, heart-rate zone distribution, structured workouts sent to the Apple Watch, and recovery protocols that measure their own effect on your HRV. Plus watch complications, Control Center controls, more Siri answers, and App Lock with an on-device data inventory.

Apex Health: Recovery Coach 2.0 is here. It is a major reliability, accuracy, and consistency release. Every core score was re-derived to be more personal: recovery and strain read against your own weighted baseline, sleep is scored on duration, efficiency, and composition, and the recovery forecast learns from your own measured next-day effects. There is a new live intraday stress signal, a hydration goal that rises with the weather and the day's activity, and a rebuilt shared data layer so logs can no longer be lost. The TestFlight beta is now open.

We picked a name, registered truestepsolutions.in, and put up this site. Truestep means what it says: every step measured, every step honest. The plan is simple to state and hard to do: build products that turn the data you already generate into one clear decision.

Our first product is a health and recovery coach for iPhone and Apple Watch. It reads your Apple Health data and gives you one verdict every morning: how hard to push, when to rest, and why. Everything runs on the device. Nothing is uploaded. The recovery verdict, the on-device coach, the Apex Age healthspan score, and the watch app are all in place. We are polishing, testing, and preparing a TestFlight beta.

Health apps keep shipping more charts, and people keep feeling more anxious. We think the next step for consumer software is fewer numbers and better judgment: one clear answer you can act on today, computed privately on your own device. That belief is the company.
